SmartSoft To Show New MIS, Production and Storefront Enhancements for PressWise

SmartSoft will be showing an array of new enhancements for its all-in-one web storefront, workflow automation and print MIS solution,
PressWise, at GraphExpo 2012 in Chicago from October 7th -11th.

One key development milestone is an all-new integration with Peachtree accounting software, allowing the export of order information
into Peachtree data formats. QuickBooks support has also been refined for seamless accounting integration with PressWise systems,
including improved handling of Sales Tax.

On the storefront end of PressWise, there have been numerous storefront enhancements, including improved shopping cart security,
greater controls over templates, the ability to display inventory levels on storefront items, and further refinements to the customer
ordering process.

In addition, PressWise has undergone a number of changes to its workflow tools, all designed to enhance the customer experience and
minimize manual touches and human error, while driving a shop’s ROI. These include improved job ticketing, UI changes to enhance
ease-of-use, more robust estimating tools for a wider range of job types, and improvements to the automated shipping and invoicing process.

“In keeping with the theme of GraphExpo this year, PressWise provides a fully integrated workflow system” said Tony Tarpey, Marketing
Director for SmartSoft. “Most printers have implemented various software systems in their business such as web storefronts, print MIS,
workflow automation tools etc. More often than not, however, these disparate solutions tend not to integrate well with each other,
creating a kind of silo effect. This results in rekeying of data and many unnecessary manual touches in the workflow process, which eat
away at profitability and ROI.

“In contrast, PressWise offers a true end-to-end solution, a single, universal workflow with APIs to allow simple integration of third-party
systems where required, including most web storefronts on the market today, or accounting systems like QuickBooks and Peachtree.
PressWise is the very essence of Print Integrated.”

Datatech SmartSoft Announces New MailSpotter Mail Tracking Service

Datatech SmartSoft (www.smartsoftusa.com), an industry-leading provider of address verification and mailing software, today announced
the release of MailSpotter, a new service for mailers that tracks the progress of mailings as they work their way through the postal system.

Using the IM barcode, MailSpotter takes raw scan data from the USPS as mail passes through postal facilities across the nation and
turns it into easy-to-read charts, graphs and tables that lets a mailer know exactly what has been delivered, where, and to whom.

Additionally, MailSpotter includes a powerful QR Code creation and tracking feature that can generate unique QR codes for every
single recipient. Every time a QR Code is scanned the mailer can receive real-time text or email alerts with details on who scanned it,
and where it was scanned. MailSpotter’s detailed insight helps mailers:

  - Know when to expect customer responses and prepare accordingly

  - Identify mail delivery patterns and problems early enough to react

  - Drill down to the specific mailpiece for customer-by-customer analysis

  - Test different delivery options or analyze response rates based on the day of delivery

It also provides marketing service providers, printers and mail houses with an additional value-added service that they can offer to their
customers, creating additional revenue opportunities. The MailSpotter reporting portal, which customers can access to view their reports,
can be customized with the service provider’s logo and company name.

“MailSpotter was designed for any mailer looking to remove the guesswork that often follows the sending out of a mailing“, said Michael
Shroyer, President of Datatech SmartSoft. “Now they will know exactly where their mail is – if it was delivered and when it was delivered.

“Also, since the MailSpotter service includes a powerful QR Code functionality, they’ll even know if their message was read, and who read
it – all in real time – providing instant campaign feedback. This level of interactivity really helps to deliver on some of the promises of QR
code technology, and takes direct mail marketing to the next level.

“We also want mailers of all sizes to be able to take advantage of this new technology, so we are pricing it affordably, based on the
amount of mail that they track through MailSpotter, including an unlimited model for larger mailers or service providers who want to
take advantage of the additional revenue and value-added benefits that this service offers them.”

Datatech SmartSoft Introduces Electronic PAFs For More Efficient Move Update Processing

Datatech SmartSoft (www.smartsoftusa.com), one of the leading providers of address hygiene and mailing software, today announced the
release of a new electronic PAF registration process within their address verification and correction software AccuMail frameworks.

AccuMail frameworks uses NCOALink data to update addresses of people or businesses that have changed address in the prior
18 months. NCOALink Service Providers are required by the USPS® to acquire completed PAF documents annually from every list
owner or third-party (broker, list manager etc.) that process mailing lists through the service.

The new ePAF registration process lets customers manage their Move Update accounts in real-time through the AccuMail frameworks
software interface as opposed to manually completing and submitting paperwork and waiting for it to be reviewed and approved.

“We are always looking for ways to increase workflow efficiency and make our customers’ lives easier” said Michael Shroyer,
President of Datatech SmartSoft. “The new paper-free ePAF process reduces the administrative burden on the customer caused
by the Move Update regulations, making access to the service much quicker and convenient for our customers.

“It also allows our service provider customers such as printers or lettershops, that process mailing lists for multiple clients, to set up
those clients’ accounts without manual intervention from SmartSoft every time. The whole process is much more efficient, giving back
valuable time to our customers.”
